Hawaii energy grants
One of the federal agencies that may be able to assist a small business with grant money in Hawaii is the Department of Energy.
The Department of Energy has many topics to choose from that you can submit on in hopes to receive grant funding from them. From just a little research we were able to come up with sixty titles that you may be able to select from for grants. Please keep in mind these are titles only not the actual full topic description.
