Remember the more you put into your grant application the more prepared the government will know you are to be able to handle the grant money.

One suggestion we might want to add is if you are able to find an accountant or a consultant that will be able to show credibility to your dream will usually help with the application process. The last bit of advice we would like to leave you with is, to make sure to make contact with the grant office to make sure things are going the way they should. However, make sure you keep it professional and try to not pester the grant office.
